	If you have images you’d like made into custom jewelry, we can accommodate! Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about placing a custom jewelry order:
	What does a custom jewelry order cost? What sizes do you offer? What if I can't decide on a size? How do you get my images/artwork? Can you make a custom piece with a copyrighted image? Will I see something befor buying? How do I pay? When will I receive my custom piece? Do you offer graphics assistance for custom orders? Ready to place an order?


	What does a custom jewelry order cost? Generally square and rectangular-shaped pendants start at $30. Price is dependant on size and graphics work involved (including scanning, etc).
	What sizes do you offer? Pendant sizes available: 0.75” x 0.75”, 0.75” x 1”, 1” x 1”, 1” x 1.2”, 1” x 1.5”, 1” x 1.75”.
	What if I can't decide on a size? Generally it is important to choose a size that is conducive to the shape of your artwork (i.e. square artwork will look best in a square-shaped pendant, etc.). If you need further help with this, just ask.
	How do you get my images/artwork? We can receive artwork several ways: Digital Files: by email, disk or FTP – digital files should be 300DPI to ensure high print quality Hard Files: by mail – artwork will be scanned at the AN studio and returned with your order (please make sure to insure original artwork when mailing) *Please note that pendants are double-sided so two images can be submitted per pendant. If you do not want a reverse image, it will be solid black on the back.
	Can you make a custom piece with a copyrighted image? Generally we try not to based solely on an ethical stance, but feel free to ask as we do work on a case-to-case basis.
	Will I see something befor buying? Yes, once your images are submitted you will receive a photo by email of your tentative piece for approval.
	How do I pay? Once you approve the photo, you have the option to pay via PayPal, money order or check. Pre-payment must be received to expedite the order.
	When will I receive my custom piece? Custom orders can take 4 to 6 weeks depending on orders in queue. Please discuss any urgent requests, but more importantly order early.
	Do you offer graphics assistance for custom orders? Yes we do. We have the ability to create artwork for you or enhance an image. Depending on the complexity of the design would determine the art fee. Just ask for a quote.
