I just placed an order, when will I get it?All orders typically ship within 4 – 6 weeks. Each piece is made at the time of order in queue with previous orders. |

What if my order is a gift?Drop-shipping (orders are shipped directly to a gift recipient without an invoice) is available, but this must be communicated at the time of order. In addition, gift messages are available. |

How is the item packed?Each piece of jewelry comes in a protective baggy and is shipped in a bubble envelope. |

Are refunds available?Returns are available but refunds are not. You may return a non-custom item for an exchange. Please make sure to insure the return package and communicate the request before sending. |

How is the jewelry made?All the jewelry is handmade in the Arcane Nonesuch studio located in historic Salem, Mass. The process incorporates metal, glass and unique imagery and is considered “fashion” jewelry as it is not made with precious metals. |

Can you use silver or gold?Not at this time. |

Is there any special way to care for the jewelry?It is glass, so always handle with care. Avoid hair spray, perfumes and water. Never immerse. Clean with a soft, dry, chemical-free cloth. |

What is on the back?The back of each pendant features the Arcane Nonesuch logo – earrings are double-sided with the same image. |

Do you make custom pieces?Yes, please see info in the Custom Jewelry section. |

Can I buy your jewelry in stores?We do have shops that carry the line throughout the country, but none with a significant enough collection to list. |

Who creates the images in the jewelry?Generally all designs are created by Josh or Rebecca deVries using such techniques as collage, photography or digital imagery. We do offer art from other artists in our Featured Artists collection. |
